Georgia MLS Training Institute offers a wide variety of postlicense education courses to keep your real estate license current. We offer day classes, as well as online courses for those who prefer to learn at their own pace.
Salespersons must take a 25-hour postlicense course in their first year of licensure. All licensees must complete this education requirement whether they are on active or inactive status, resident or nonresident status. The course shall conclude with a proctored exam administered by an approved school such as Georgia MLS Training Institute.

This Georgia-specific course includes: prospecting and marketing, seller and buyer agency, CMA vs. appraisal, handling earnest money, the Georgia contracts and exhibits and amendments including the GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement F20.
