Georgia MLS Training Institute offers a wide variety of postlicense education courses to keep your real estate license current. We offer day classes, as well as online courses for those who prefer to learn at their own pace.
Salespersons must take a 25-hour postlicense course in their first year of licensure. All licensees must complete this education requirement whether they are on active or inactive status, resident or nonresident status. The course shall conclude with a proctored exam administered by an approved school such as Georgia MLS Training Institute.

Learn the basics necessary to start a successful real estate career. This is an excellent course for both new and experienced agents. Topics include: prospecting and marketing, seller agency, property disclosure, buyer agency, handling earnest money, GAR sales contracts, and amendments. Proctored Exam Required.
