Tripp Anderson, ABR, CBR, DREI, GRI, ITI certified, RCC, obtained his BBA degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University and later earned his MBA from Mercer University. He has been an agent, broker, trainer and an educator in real estate since 1980. John M. Bryant is a Georgia Certified Residential Appraiser, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) who specializes in FHA, litigation and statistical analysis. He earned his BA in Business Administration in 1971, graduated from the Realtor Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1973, and earned his MBA in Business Administration from Lynchburg College in Virginia in 1982. Greg Dunn
Gregory J. Dunn, ABR, GRI, received a Georgia real estate license in 1972 and is currently licensed as a broker and approved instructor. He is a graduate of Columbus State University with a major in both Real Estate and Accounting. Greg is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission’s Education Advisory Committee and he is active in his local Board, the State Association, and in the Real Estate Educators Association. In 1989, the Columbus Board of REALTORS® recognized him as the REALTOR® of the Year. Wade Gaddy
Wade Gaddy, a certified appraiser and the founder of the Atlanta Institute of Real Estate, has been associated with real estate education in Georgia for over 30 years. He is the author of several real estate texts including Real Estate Fundamentals and has served on the continuing education faculties of four Georgia universities. Wade is the senior faculty member of the Georgia REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and is a regular instructor for the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Partners in Education program. Wade was recently designated a Certified Instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This prestigious designation is issued by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC. Only seven other instructors in Georgia have received this designation.

Chuck Jonaitis, ABR, GRI, SRES, received a Georgia real estate license in 1995 and obtained his Associate Broker license in 1998. Kristy Serkedakis
Kristy Serkedakis, GRI, CRS, CRP, obtained her real estate salespersons license in 1973, her associate broker’s license in 1979 and, in 1995, she became the Qualifying Broker for CENTURY 21 Across Atlanta, a three-office company owned by Kristy and her brother, Pat. In 1974, Kristy obtained her GREC Instructor’s license but did not begin teaching until 1977. Since that time, Kristy has taught prelicense, continuing education and postlicensing classes. Tony Stephens
Tony Stephens worked for FNIS, the developer of RE/Xplorer, prior to moving to Georgia in 2001. His computer background made for a smooth transition into the Georgia MLS Technical Support Department, where he worked for four years. The growth of Georgia MLS warranted an addition to the Membership/Marketing Department. He now spends his time visiting offices, giving presentations about our products and services and bringing new membership to Georgia MLS. Kathy Steward, GRI, CRS, started her real estate career in 1982 after ten miserable years in accounting, her major at FSU. As a sales associate, Kathy earned the Million Dollar Club Award her first full year in real estate.
